Component Assembly

Component assembly is the assembling of components or subassemblies into a functional end product. Component assembly is a broad term in the manufacturing techniques of industrial companies and is used for the composition of complex assemblies in small and large series. Thus, assembly can be defined as the value chain of a product. End products of the highest precision and quality are produced from various individual parts. In order to achieve these goals and to provide the customer with the best possible service, a great technical know-how and many years of experience of the employees are required. A sub-assembly can be broken down into different sub-assemblies. It is not clearly defined in which order the individual components are assembled. Each company has its own individual approach to component assembly, as the individual components can vary greatly from company to company.
